Jan. 18th our field trip was Curling..If i didn't come to Canada I think I've never know what Curling is ?
Before we playing the curling we were taking funny pictues it is our crazy style.
This is called "stone" we have to put it into " House "(next picture)
Haha the big circle is called house and the center is called bottom...
We would start to play.... this is first pose
This is second pose .. You have to make sure you can slip on the ice without falling down.
Last pose is that put your stone into " house ".
Curling is a difficult game. It looks so easy but when you play you will feel it is very tough because when stone slips on the ice.. the pushing power is very difficult to control .
We have to sweep the way for stone sliping.
Sweeping can make stron slips fast.
When we sweeped at that time our pose was very funny ..
Haha they are my crazy friends.. Curling is good sport, many canadians like and it is very famous in Vernon.
